Qualified Participants:

• Male & Female Participants ages 5 to 64 years old
• With symptoms (cough, sore throat, nasal congestion, headache, feverishness or chills, muscle or joint pain, fatigue) with onset 48 hours or less
• Have at least 1 family member [over 2yo] living with them willing to participate
• Compensation up to $75.00

• Male and Female participants ages 1-12 
• Confirmed influenza diagnosis
• Compensation up to $750.00
